auld reekie adventures

Went for a little visit to Edinburgh with Amy to do some christmas shopping….sadly I bought more for me than anyone else! Spent the full day there and got home a few hours ago (Edinburgh is only about 1 hr 30mins away from Durham or Newcastle by train) so I’m starting to feel sleepy now! Had such a fun day even though it was literally FREEZING!!! To think that I thought Newcastle was getting chilly…..brrrr. Pottered about all day: shopping, eating, visited the museum of childhood, then more shopping then went for a little drink before it was time to come home 🙂

I’m such a big kid!

Playing dress-up….

I agree, how adorable is she guys? The floral dress with the brown leather boots was standard perfection, topped with a nautical jacket for a bit of unexpected flare.
