Sunshine, daffodils & brooches… yellow is one of those colours that always offers a nice little pick-me-up. I found this brooch earlier this morning whilst clearing out a bunch of old clothes. It was attached to a dress that I’m never going to wear again and I almost binned it without a second thought but it was the colour that caught my eye. The catch is a little loose and in need of some TLC though!
Yesterday was a busy day and it’s been nice to get to slow down a little this morning. I’ve got all my writing for this month submitted (ahead of deadline) to try and give myself one less thing to stress about. I’ve got lists upon lists of things that I need to get done in the next ten days (yes, 10 DAYS). And I really don’t understand who has let it be Wednesday already when I’m still only half way down Tuesday’s ‘to do’ list!
jumper & floral shorts: Topshop, satchel: Cambridge Satchel Company, brooch: old River Island (taken off an old dress), bracelets: Tiffany’s, vintage, La Vidalerie and Etsy.
Now I like to hope that I can use my little corner of the internet to occasionally do some good. If you haven’t already watched this then please take the time to.
