Catching up on some of my reading and sorting out my outfit for tonight…

Today has been extremely lazy and I’ve found a million different ways to avoid doing what I’m supposed to be doing.. Like catching up on blog reading, painting my nails, and cutting my fringe. The latter in hindsight was probably not the greatest idea of the morning, although it was definitely starting to eat my face and needed putting back in it’s place.. Saying that I think I’ve done a canny little job of it. Greg can always tell when I’ve been cutting my hair myself though and he’ll kill me next time I go to the salon. Greg, if you’re reading this I am very sorry but you weren’t working this weekend and desperate time and all that… I always have been a brilliant procrastinator though..

For tonight I’ve decided to go with this white peplum top and orange skater skirt, despite my parents telling me I look like a cupcake.. I can work with that though, I think. I picked up the top in Topshop the other week and have been waiting for an opportunity where I could dress fancy to wear it… I feel like this outfit is a little more dressy than what I would usually wear to go out in town.

I also figured it was a good idea to share a photo this afternoon in case I don’t get any good ones tonight at the closing party.

I’m sad that Newcastle Fashion week is coming to an end but it’s gonna be one hell of a party tonight!
