weekends in wigwams

Hello! I’m back.. had a little bit of an absence because I’ve spent the weekend up in Seahouses with the lads from Studio Precept and Shift. If you follow me or Shift on Twitter then you’ll already know that we were up there for a ‘team building’ Wigwam Adventure Weekend but just in case you don’t, I thought I’d bring you up to speed..

After the chaos of the last couple of weeks, it was nice to be able to get away from everything and be in somewhere with little to no phone signal. We stayed up in Springhill farm; camping out in wigwams (they’re not really wigwams though.. more like upside down boats), drinking too much, stuffing our faces with bbq and fish & chips, wandering around the town, playing crazy golf, sitting around campfires, and walks along Bamburgh beach. Back to reality now though..

I was in Seahouses only two weekends ago! It's beautiful up there and I loved sitting on the beach watching the kite surfers do their thing. Great fish and chips too!

Love the look of this place, I think I'd prefer to go in the summer though!

Staying in an upside down boat sounds great:L This looks amazing, I really want to just get away somewhere with no reception and relax for a bit, though your photos look like you had more fun than relaxation 😛

Wah, this sounds like such fun. Especially the part about stuffing your faces with bbq and fish & chips. Sounds delicious. :3
