Since I suffer from eczema, I’m pretty fussy when it comes to skincare. I’m not the type of girl to be easily seduced by the latest miracle lotions and potions because I’m always pretty cautious about what reaction they’ll have on my skin. So when I find a product or a brand I like, I tend to stay loyal to it. I’ve been using the Clinique 3 step skin care since I was about 14 and have only recently made a few changes, mainly switching to the mild clarifying lotion and the moisture surge intense to keep my skin feeling hydrated. It’s not the cheapest brand, but I think for the benefit of having skin that doesn’t tend to break out or flare up, it’s definitely worth it. Plus, Clinique are one of those brands who like to reward loyalty with their Bonus Time, and there’s nothing I love more than getting a nice little bag of freebies along with my purchases.
Right now Fenwick are running an exclusive Clinique Bonus Time offering this little bag of treats when you buy any two Clinique products (including at least one skincare). I’ve just stocked up on Clinique at Christmas so I was lucky enough to be sent this set to try out.. there’s nothing like a little bag of treats to cheer you up when you’re not well! The offer is running until Sat 8th Feb, so while I’ve not had a chance to try out my goodies, I thought I should let you know in case you’re thinking of treating yourself soon! The selection includes repairwear laser focus and repairwear uplifting cream (which I’ll probably be donating to my mam), a handy travel size tube of dramatically different moistuiser + (the new formula for their classic moisturiser), superprimer universal face primer, blushing blush powder in Sunset Glow, black quickliner for eyes intense, rinse-off eye make up solvent, and duo of lash doubling mascara and Raspberry GlacΓ© dramatic lipstick which looks like the ultimate handbag essential. I can’t wait to try it all out!
To make sure you stay up to date with promotions Fenwick are running, you can check out their Twitter or Facebook.
Hey π if you suffer from eczema, Liz Earle skincare is really gentle (my mum says Clinique brings her out in a rash whereas Liz Earle is a dream!) I've been using it for a while and it's great!

It's so strange you say that because I've just switched to the Liz Earle cleaner! Over December I started getting active eczema on my face and my little brother bought me the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish starter set. I'm hooked on it now. Need to do a proper post about what I'm using because I think winter skin is always tricky to get balanced – especially when it's already so dry to begin with! Xx
What a great brother π my mum bought me a set for Christmas and I love it! When I go home, I'll have to have a search for a hand cream, my hands aren't quite cracking yet but the weather isn't getting any warmer…

I'd recommend the Cath Kidston hand creams. They're not the cheapest but they're so lovely and rich plus they smell amazing!
me too, I am loyal to what I always use for my skin. too much changes won't be good for skin anyway! clinqe brand has always appealed me but I have never tried any of them x
